Reg: Grievance against DDA.

 

 

In Dwarka, the intersection of road number 201 and 202 (near Gangotri Apartment) has been dug up and is lying as it is now for the past around six months. This has reduced the width of road and on green light traffic has to make sudden adjustments generating accident-like situations. This is primarily a case of gross negligence and indicates a highly insensitive approach towards work endangering the life of people. Despite repeated complaint DDA is not waking up. This is a fit case of criminal negligence.

 

Any authority might have dug it up, DDA being land owning agency is responsible to grant digging permission and restoration. Digging exactly on the intersection and not repairing is a live evidence of careless work culture.

 

In this regard,

 

DDA may be directed to restore the patch immediately and also fix responsibility for this careless job.

Dear Sir,

Just repair now is not sufficient, responsibility is to be fixed for the officer who kept this pending for 6 months and troubled citizens. This is not a unique case but a routine for DDA.
