Tenant verification order

Dear all

Does anyone know which authority has issued the Tenant Verification Order? Is it the Police Commissioner? Or the Government of Delhi? Does anyone have a  copy of the same which can be shared? Or does anyone know where to find it?

Kindly confine your responses to the the question only. Not whether it is good or bad.

tenants verification order was issued by Dwk ACP  about 07 month back and was circulated with verification form....R S Sahai Peepal apptt sect 17E dwk.
