Please refer to your letter No. NSA/Tpt/09/2012 dated 24.09.2012 forwarded by the Secy. to Minister of Transport Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide letter No. Secy. PA/MOT/2012/453 dated 1.10.12 on the subject cited above.

 

It is to inform you that the area of Dwarka Sector- 13 & 14 is presently being served with the services of route No. RL-75, 770 Exp., 727B, 781 for different directions.  Besides, route No. 727, 764 & RL-77 B are also available at a walkable distance from Dwarka Sector-13 Xing.  The commuters after availing the existing services of abovesaid route may avail change over facilities as per their convenience.  Any modification in the services of route No. 715, 761 & 778 as suggested in the letter is not feasible due to various operational constraints.

I think we should go for a circular service sort of a thing for Dwarka alone. Dwarka is big enough for a dedicated bus service. Majority of sectors in Dwarka are still deprived of proper public transport.

I agree. There is no bus route for sector 16B.it is advised to have circulate route

please extend route nos RL 77 and 770 which goes to Chanakyapuri  from Madhu Vihar till Dwarka mode so that many students who are studying in Delhi University colleges will be benifitted. Earlier Circular bus service failed in Dwarka whereas Metro Feeder Bus service and gramin bus sewa whereever operative are frequent and always full. It needs to be a similar type of shuttle bus service in Dwarka.

 

Secondly, a bus service from sectors 19 to 23 and nearby area to AIIMS/Safdarjung Hospital extended upto H.Nizamuddin via Lajpat Nagar is utmost necessary. Route No. 727 already running from Manglapuri and/or Route No. 724 running from Uttam Nagar and/or Route No. 711 running from Janakpuri (or alike) may start from Sector-19 or Pochanpur (Sector-23) VIA Sector-21 Metro Startion.

 

Can we make some efforts?
