I visited the Bal Vihar Orphanage in Bengali Colony at Mahavir
Enclave. They have about 50 children of different ages. I visited one
small room where four children of ages 10-12 live. They go to school
and were quite lively and happy. The building itself is quite
dilapidated and old. The locality is close to a big/wide nallah (!).
They are recognised by the child welfare committee of Delhi, who sends
them these children.

I have offered my mental health expertise to their children for free,
if they require it.
