Dear All,

This is for the information all Consumers of IGL . All users of IGL
PNG can surrender their Gas Cylinders to their resective dealers &
obtain a Surrender Voucher which indicates that your connection is
continued but is in "Safe Custody ". This Surrender voucher is valid
for life. In case of transfer (later) to other city the consumer can
obtain a "Transfer Voucher" & get connection in that city.

This initiative will help the Agencies in releasing new connections to
Consumers who have applied & are waiting.

I have also done this two days back. Anther advantage of safe custody is that you will get the connection back at same security deposit paid at the time of taking the connection and not at existing security deposit.
