Grievance: Prime Minister’s Office – Write to PMO

 

(1)   The petitions filed on write to PM platform remain pending for years and there is no revert. Apparently, there is no time line fixed for response by the department. This is not a desired position for petitions filed with the highest office of the country. A citizen approached PMO with great hop abut non reply by officials is a disappointment.

 

On login, the platform informs that filing suggestions is not allowed and it redirects citizens to MyGov website. But at MyGov platform also there is no place where a citizen can write and submit his suggestion. Primarily this redirection is misleading & confusing. This needs to be sorted out as this puts an indirect restriction on submission of a suggestion. I have earlier sent email to CEO, MyGov to clear the position but there is never any response.
