I think Mr Balminder should immediately approach Lok Adalat through a lawyer. Lok Adalat is court of the public and parties are summoned within a week. Collect all your facts and figures. produce history of the case with copies of any letters or notices sent by the society to you.

It is very possible that a group of vested interests are out to grab a house.

Dear Mr. Singh,

 

You should ask under RTI from your society to supply the documents about the status of your membership in detail. For example date of membership, membership fee paid to the society by you in detail, any notice issued to you from the society reaising demand of due installment, and copy of resignation as they are claiming.

It is not understood as why Mr.Balvinder Singh kept so far silent and moreover not followed up his case during long period. This needs to be clarified. PLEASE Bring all the FACTS:

1 Date of your membership Joining.

2. Have you received notices for payments and if so on what dates and whether your remitted the same within the time frame.

3. Have you were expelled for dues on account of flat costs. As you mentioned that you are ready to pay the flat cost.

4. Any other information related membership

 

The List of RCS is MISLEADING and OUTDATED and may be have no value.. You will see many dead people in that list by the Corrupt RCS Office keept it still alive. Inspite of CIC orders they are not acting..

The members would be able to help you if you provide complete information.

A fact that came to note during the CGHS Scam is that a number of members shown as RESIGNED and these members also at fault not taking TIME BOUND action.  Today fact that many of those managed scam sold their flats and new residents have in the management who have NO clue of past as records are not available in most cases.

 

I was heard from some residents people deposited few thousand rupees and now when the price of Flats in Dwarka are Crores they demand flats.

 

One need to be alert always there are many methods used by BUILDERS and Corrupt management in nexus with RCS.
