Your society can take benefit by approaching KCC(Key Cusumer Cell) of BSES at Nehru place by providing flat wise detail of consumption of electricity.

For individual connection you need to again contact same cell but for that society needs to pay amount calculated by DISCOM as they need to create infrastructure.This amount will depend up on many infrastructural issue and will vary from society to society.

in my opinion you have to take individual connection for each flat and only then you are entitled for subsidy. however you can approach bses authority for more information.

With due respect let me again confirm that you can take the benefit without having individual connection from BSES.This was confirmed by BSES senior officer in meeting with DF. Societies do  have separate meter and thus on the basis of that reading you can take benefit.Pls contact Key Consumer Cell of BSES at Nehru Place.Of course some paper formalities are there.
