Traffic Congestion at Dwarka Underpass

Ek Sangharsh is going to meet TI Kapasera at 11am today to give suggestions for traffic congestion at Dwarka underpass.
Though I understand its a very short notice I request you to join in if possible at Dwarka Sec 23 Police Station.

Shobhit ji,
Hs Ek Sanghrash ever tried to sort out long-long traffic jams at Dabri crossing. Jams r on both sides of dabri-palam road which occures only & only bcoz of huge-huge potholes and rough patches on road, once u cross the rough patch, traffic goes smooth. Worst is, whole day-night jams r in front of Dabri police station and they r unaware of the causes & do nothing to sort out the matter.
I feel it is a political fight as MP, MLA & Councillor r from different parties & nobody is botheted about public dilemma. In fact road maintenance must be taken by flyover contractor & should be included in his contract.

Its bcoz ownership of land. some portion is under PWD, some under DDA and some MCD. But now every organisation taking clue of construction of flyover (slip road) towards Dwarka. What to talk of potholes, they are not even serious about shifting the illegal meat stalls which always emit foul smell. 

The area under construction of slip road is under MCD. the contractor has also not bothered to put lights. It can be recollected that  for years together (2-3yrs) there was no street light and flyover also has recently been illuminated.

Sir, v r not talking about slip roads but both sides of main road i.e. Dabri-Palam Road (as named in all the newspapers when Delhi's mostly roads transferred to PWD) which is under PWD alone.

Palam Dabri road is under renovation by PWD at a cost around 3.5 crores. Expect it will be over before monsoon.
