Very unfortunate.

 

I hope some members from mount everest CGHS of Sector 9 are here in this Forum.

 

It is for the entire society members to stand up united against such CRIMINAL Acts.

 

There are serious problem the way some of the management are functioning while there are exceptionally good one also we come across.

Then they thrashed and smashed his face so badly that his nose was broken, both eyes were swollen,Blood started oozing profusely and he lost conciousness.Thinking that he may die soon, the goons ran away on motor cycles. Wg Cdr Das was brought in unconcious state to Aayshman hospital. His Xrays and CT Scan revealed broken nose and head injury. He had severe  pain in his abdomen and shoulders. Police arrested two office bearers and after 5 days in Aayushman, wg cdr RN Das is recovering in his house No. 28, in Mount Everst.

The office bearers have been released on bail since then. We have been living in AFNOE since 1999/2000. We have heard of difference of opinion between two people/groups and may be loud talking and shouting at each other when ever the interest of two people clashed. But this kind of incident ,taking law into their hands, hiring outside goons and going about in a planned way with the help of hired Goondas, was unheard of so far. My question is ," Is Dwarka subcity heading in dangerous direction?"

Its important for people to confront these goons.  I do understand that sometime it does prove dangerous as some may get hurt. But when all of the resident of the society come together and starting bashing these goons..looking at the majority these guys will run.
 
But formost - why wasnt the police called in.  It is a must to remember..whether inside the society or outside the society - when something like this happens - PLEASE DONT BE A SPECTATOR - THE MINIMUM ONE CAN DO IS CALL THE POLICE..!

Dear Madhuriji,
Thanks for the advise and the concern.This incident happened around 3
PM on sunday on 25 Mar 12.This was a preplanned activity.The goons
were hiding some where is the society when Wg Cdr Das got a phone call
to come down to resolve the issue through discussion.As Wg Cdr Das
came down these people took him away from the gate so that no body was
there except one Mr Bhardwas who called PCR at 100. By the time police
came these people had finished the act and went away.Police only took
him to hospital.
I live in AFNOE, another society in sec 7 and came to know of the
incident at 8.30 PM only. I rushed to Auyshman hospital. Got his X ray
and MRI done. Spoke to Dr (Maj Gen) S Venkatraman who is a family
friend and a Neurophysian to check his condition since wg cdr Das had
head injury and was unconscious. Dr Venkatraman in tern spoke to Dr
Rajkumar who is director of Ayushman to give him best treament and
critically observe his condition till he regains consciousness.
In the mean time SHO sec 9 Mr Suman was requested to register an FIR
which he refused to register even after seeing Wg Cdr Das in
unconscious state in hospital. As per him if Wg Cdr Das had received
bullet or knife injury then only he would file an FIR.Since I happen
to have worked with the present Home Secretary when he was my Sec
Defence production, some time back and requested him to intervene
next day morning,then only FIR was registered and these people were
arrested.
I am not aware if there are any people from Dwarka Forum living in
Mount Everst. If they come forward then it is a good idea to protest
infront the flat of such unlawful elements.
I want to say one thing to Dwarka Forum, why only residents of Mount
Everest to protest? I am sure whole Dwarka subcity and its societies
belong to Dwarka Forum and I am sure such act will be condemned by one
and all.Some of his injuries are visible in the attached photos
