Mr. Regimon,

Definitely, the replication is possible. To be honest, since many of such works would require community involvement, parks would be a tough one to begin with.

With an idea of transforming Sec-10 market into a plaza (attached image), I visited some of the shopkeepers to know their input. For them, a common toilet and appropriate parking facility would be more interesting to begin with. I have started working for the same. Once achieved, I would have 100 odd people with a demand of transformation and then the work would be easy. 

Anyone interested in joining the fun parade, please let me know.

About market @ 6 n 10. We already met this in UTTIPEC working group last year.
I hope study n plan must be ready with Sr Architect WZ.
may please refer minutes n meet Sr Arch Dwarka to get update on that project. But nothing seems to be for this year as Budget 2012-13 found no allocation.
It was a good proposal . You may also speak to Dwarka Vyapar Mandal's Robin.
