Tinted glass banned by SC

Excellent decision by SC. Lets C what Delhi police can do if anything.. I am hopeless both of Delhi police and Delhi govt..
Just 2000+ fines till now.. I am sure if a 6-10 policemen stands at MTNL Exchange Sec 6 crossing, they can cut few hundreds challan in a single day.. Spot removal of film is a good decision..
But as usual, the useless govt. machinery will add to the junk basket of other good decision SC delivers. Lets wish and pray to God that DP acts hard this time to save potential victims of rape, molest and loot and murders and .......

instead of Single Challan that too on NEGOTIATED the lowest Challan is what we see today.

Instead any vehilce stopped must bec checked through a CHECKLIST all violations then penalise

If the item is more than 3 the license must be impound

If more than 5 item then vehilce must be impound

Checklist.

1. License

2. RC

3. PUC

4. Insurance

5. CNG/LPG Endoresment

6. Correct Owner(tranfer or old name).

7. Vehicle Inspection.

     a) Tinted Glass

     b) Signal Lights working.

      c) Fitness

      d) ???
