Please see the final outcome.

As expected the Politicians and BABUS made their ways to DIVIDE.

While the CRITERIA suit to them applied.
So called criteria with malafide fixed Not to Cross MLA constituency,  thereby ignoring the Boundry wall along Railway line/Drain/Roads stand ignored, Most importantly a COLONY (DWARKA is ONE COLONY) shuld be kept within same ward

Earlier also Dwarka was divided into FIVE Wards - NOW ALSO .

Only good thing I found is that Sec 9/8 etc got as  Dwarka C with sector 24,25.26, 27,28,29 etc..

Sector-9 and 8 are part of Bijawasan (36) which also cover areas like Mahipalpur and parts of Vasant Kunj !!!

Sector-1 and 7 are shown as part of Palam (37).

The entire sectors of Dwarka should have been under the same ward and for rationalization if necessary some villages already included in Dwarka can be part of Bijawasan, Palam and Matiala.

You will notice the FRAUD by Politician and Babus took away Dwarka Name (AC 33.xls) NOT A SINGLE pollution from Dwarka Sub-City but they got NAME of DWARKA as assembly constituency.

Is this is correct Data or Manipulated ?
How come sector 22 have metro station and have 314 & 70 voters ?

“The simple principle for delimitation is ‘one person one vote’.
While the boundaries and number of wards may change, the Commission will be confined to the boundaries of Assembly constituencies, which are frozen till 2036.

INJUSTICE to DWARKA : Are you aware of these facts: Dwarka Sub-city population is bigger than Chandigarh with approximately 15 KM Radius and 5648 Hector Area and 396 KM Road Length. Currently Dwarka Sub-City (Sector 1 to 26) is divided into 5 MCD Wards such as Ward No.135 Kakraula, 136- Matiala, 141-Bijwasan, 145-Palam, 147- Mahavir Enclave. Dwarka have over 300 CGHS and over 50 DDA Pocket RWA's.
You may also aware that Dwarka Assembly Constituency is somewhere in Dabri/Jankpuri Side and not represent Dwarka Sub-City.
The Delhi State Election Commission announced DELIMITATION exercise for MCD Wards.
Do you agree that all Sectors of Dwarka to be under One or Two Wards Maximum.
Either divide by Road NO. 202(Central Road) or by Metro Line.
Then make all the sectors in respective side as Two Wards. One may be called South Dwarka and other North Dwarka.
Currently some of the Sectors such as 1,2,3, 7, 8 13,14 19, 21 are some other wards.
Please have your views on this.. .

Kindly allow our Long pending submission on Delimitation on MCD Wards(5 MCD Wards such as Ward No.135 Kakraula, 136- Matiala, 141-Bijwasan, 145-Palam, 147- Mahavir Enclave.) Please note our previous submission  201542066.
We had requested that all 25 Sectors of Dwarka under one Ward in all practical geographical, logical, logistic and most importantly for implementation and monitoring purpose. In case the population is more then divide in to TWO by separating one side of Metro line another side of Metro.
As you may aware the assembly constituency Dwarka included not even one sector of Dwarka but got name. Dwarka Assembly is somewhere in Dabri Mode/Jankpuri side.
Mr. Raj Pal Singh from your office informed that "As and when the work of Delimitation is assigned to this Commission your suggetions, under reference, will be taken into consideration. "  However, we are yet get an opportunity to present before the commission.
We now learning from local political parties that One ward under which sector 22,23,24,25,9,10,11,12 and another one 4,5,6,15,16,17,18
While the sectors like 1,2,3, 7, 8 13,14 19, 21 are some other wards.
If this is the case, we would like to have the full details ASAP for consultation with over 370 RWA CGHS and residents of Dwarka.
  1. Appreciate commission provide data & information earliest.
  2. Also request to provide personal hearing before publishing the Draft recommendations.

As you may read below from the FACTS & RECORDS. There is gross injustice to Dwarka done by previous delimitation committee under political influence. Its like Punjab or Amritsar is named as Lahore . Ghazibad named as Gurgaon constituency. We have explored and done intense search how we could correct, unfortunately only delimitation is the only way out.. God only know when that will be happening.

Meanwhile we learned the Municipal wards will be delimitation start soon.

Refer our meeting and my subsequent reminder following needs to be done on urgent basis:-
1.Demarcation of constituency for Municipality.
2.Committee for development of Dwarka

We have been talking about separate constituency for Dwarka sub-city.We do understand from election commission that for MLA it can be done only when next delimitation committee is constituted but when Delhi Govt has already initiated the demarcation for constituency for Municipality then our representative must take responsibility to ensure that at least Dwarka has a separate representation.You will appreciate that the requirement for this sub-city is different in many sense with the area adjacent to it and it will be easier for the authority to deal with it.

Secondly as discussed we need a committee of people from Dwarka with experience of social service who can advice our representatives for overall development of sub-city.

Reasonable time has passed and we expect immediate step on above two points immediately.

We also offer assistance if needed in any manner you think fit.

Reasonable time has passed but we have not seen any forward movement.We request you to expedite some of the urgent issues.There is a plan to go for demarcation of constituency in MCD and we sincerely hope that you will fulfill your promise by ensuring separate constituency for Dwarka in the proposed plan.
You must have noticed that there is a demand of public toilets in Dwarka and this needs to be addressed quickly as promised.

The Dwarkites have every reason to rejoice in chilling winter bcoz election commission have finally heard voice of Dwarkites and in new delimitation has created 2 municipal wards i.e.Dwarka A n Dwarka B.
The Non Resident Dwarka Politicians(NRDP) had divided Dwarka in previous delimitation n again recommended for the same to continue.But thanks to efforts of Mr Mukesh Sinha & Mrs Sudha Sinha the election commission agreed their proposal to unite Dwarka atleast in municipal elections & created Dwarka A comprising of sec-3,4,5,12,13,17,18 & Dwarka B comprising of 6,10,11,19,20,21,22,23.The NRDP's had proposed sec 4,5 to be included in other constituency with unauthorised colonies n villages.But due to timely intervention n efforts of Mr & Mrs.Mukesh Sinha the nefarious design of NRDP's to divide Dwarka failed.

The residents of sec-4&5 are relieved to remain in newly created "Dwarka-A" municipal constituency.But the social activists who fought the battle for unification of Dwarka are not satisfied by the decision of election commission bcoz they had sought unification of Dwarka as a whole n EC had promised to consider their request.
But due to highhandedness of NRDP(Non Resident Dwarka Politicians)  sec-1,2,7,8,9,14,15,16 are left out n are part of Assembly-Palam,Bijwasan n Matiala.The Dwarka couple who fought the battle for unification of Dwarka are dismayed n state of shock as they had demanded sec 1 to 23 of Dwarka to be part of one assembly constituency n further it may be divided into various municipal wards according to EC guidelines of delimitation.
Speaking to Dwarka Express both Mukesh n Sudha Sinha said they will continue with their battle until Dwarka is united politically.
Subhash resident of sec-9 said we feel cheated by NRDP's as they have not understood the basic necessity of Dwarka n are forcing themself on us bcoz the EC consults each politician either it is BJP,CONG,AAP or any body but these polticos consult each other n then create a niche for themself n submit their views or report to EC as per their convinience,so the EC BABU's are always misled by NRDP's resulting in trifurcation of Dwarka.
Mr.Mukesh Sinha n Mrs Sudha Sinha said the next delimitation will be done in 2024 so we Dwarkites hv to wait n battle to unify Dwarka will continue n if required we may take legal course for unification of Dwarka.

The delimitation of Dwarka has once again resulted in victory of politicians n great loss to Dwarka subcity said CK Rejimon.As per revenue records Dwarka is one subcity.The govt projects Dwarka as one residential subcity from sec 1 to 23 but the election commission has bifurcated Dwarka in two loksabha constituencies n further trifurcated in 3 assembly constituencies.The unification of Dwarka should be primary motto of all the social organisations,RWA's,MWA's etc.
He further adds according to delimitation policy Dwarka can be one assembly constituency n have 7 municipal wards of its own.
The politicians n Babus have misled the Election Commission so the Dwarka has lost again in latest delimitation n we are told to wait till 2024.Speaking to Dwarka Express CK Rejimon presented all the documents with valid data n RTI's submitted to election commission for unification of Dwarka as one assembly cobstituency from sec 1 to 23.
Dwarka Express met Mr.L.P.Bhattacharya president Confederation of Dwarka Subcity even he was disappointed by the policy adopted by election commission n have vowed to file a PIL in supreme court after consultation with constitutional experts n lawyers.He said that sec-4 & 5 were integral part of Dwarka previously in Matiala municipal  ward n now it is part of Dwarka-A but we fought for unification of Dwarka as one assembly constituency n NRDP( Non Resident Dwarka Politicians) n EC babus tried to derail our fight by threatening sec4 n 5 will be part of newly constituted Matiala ward.So we should be satisfied n sit r7 at home bcoz the EC has carved sec 4 n 5 in Dwarka-A.But the fight will continue.That was a mere threat to silent our voice but we will unite all Dwarkites n explore all legal remedies for unification of Dwarka. 
He said unification of Dwarka is must for development so election commission should consider request of Dwarkites.LP Bhattacharya added a delegation of Confederation of Dwarka sub-city n various other social organisations will meet election commission n apprise them about the need for unification of Dwarka as one assembly constituency.

Govt is going ahead with Elections seems.
Is it true that all Dwarka wards will be for WOMEN ?  Bijwsan, Palam, Kakraula GENERAL ?
Can anyone verify this ?
The state Election Commission website is down for days now..

It seems reasonable upto certain extend:

Dwarka A -68972 ; Dwarka B - 62971 ; Dwarka C - 47204 (this is covering Sec 8, 9, Bagdola,Bharthal, Mohd..shabadpr, Dhulsiras).

I think only Sec 1,2 and 7 are left.

Delhi State Election Commission is not wrong in fixing wards in Dwarka it is as per yard stick define for total Delhi. (Not to disturb existing MLA constituency)
 
Wards are as per my representation sent  to commission enclosed for your reference.
 
No Bureaucratic or Political interference
