city center construction near sec 12 metro station

Just saw today while boarding metro from sector 12 that advertisement boards were put up for a new commercial space, named 'city center'. The boards were showing food courts, restaurants, offices etc. If anybody has any information regarding its completion may please share the same.

Similar stores/ commercial outlets already operational/under construction at sec 9 , 10 and 11 metro stations

This shoping mall in front of metro station sec 12 have very expensive G/f, F/F @ 40000/ SQ FIT 300 SQF SHOP,2ND /F @ 37000/ SQF.3rd &4th floor offices @ rs 27000/ sqf. I visited this place.They proposed to complete this by 2014.
