Need your help regarding subject matter
Can someone provide me the SOP (standard operating procedures) for the training of our guards???
As a responsible member of the society what should be our check points???

Dear Virender ji,

All of us go through this trauma with the security issues and security guards. We developed - though I don't call it an exhaustive and complete, but many of the primary issues are fairly covered.

I am attaching a copy of the security guidelines which we prepared for our society and which is in operation. We translated this document in Hindi and pasted it in the guard room also and also made ths part of the Agreement which we entered into with the Security Agency. Again with the Agency, we prepared the agreement rather than signing in a standard form provided by the Agency (which is normally a 2 page document).

In most of the socieites, the issues are almost similar, good standard form templates should be developed.
