Sub: Information under RTI.
Reg: Maintenance of open gyms.
Please provide following information under RTI:
1. Please inform in how many parks or open spaces maintained by SDMC open gym has been installed?
2. How many of these have been funded by SDMC?
3. What is the arrangement for day-to-day maintenance of these open gyms?
4. Whether any agency has been appointed for maintenance or SDMC itself manages it?
5. If agency has been appointed please inform:
(a) Whether only one agency has been appointed or multiple agencies have been appointed area-wise?
(b) what is monthly, quarterly or annual payment per set of open gym payable to such agency?
2. What is the contact details of agency for reporting maintenance issues?
3. If neither agency has been appointed nor SDMC itself would manage it, who else would handle day-to-day maintenance issues?
4. If SDMC itself manages it, please provide complete contact details for reporting any maintenance issue?
The IPO no. 38F 96273 drawn in favour of SDMC is enclosed towards fee.

Sub: Information under RTI. – Maintenance of Open Gym
Ref: DDH/NZF/2017/39 dated 7 April 2017.
We had sent a letter no. Letter No. SKG/SDMC/179 dated 07/Mar/2017 seeking following information:
1. Please inform in how many parks or open spaces maintained by SDMC open gym has been installed?
2. How many of these have been funded by SDMC?
3. What is the arrangement for day-to-day maintenance of these open gyms?

In response you have only stated that “there are 41 parks where open Gym equipment are installed and and all necessary instructions are issued by Hort. (HQ) in this regard”. Please note that by any parameter the reply provided is incomplete and does not serve any purpose. So you are hereby given one more chance to revert with full POINTWISE reply of the RTI Application.
In addition: The park in front of Adarsh World School, sec12, Dwarka had been used for staking construction material for past one year and even now the stones, debris not removed. Please inform as to who: (i) Who is the officer in charge of this park, (ii) How many inspection of this park carried out by staff in last one year? (iii) How much sum has been spent by SDMC on maintenance of this park in last one year? (iv) Has any penalty been levied on contractor for misusing the public park?

Dear Sir,
In response to our RTI application filed vide Letter No. SKG/SDMC/180 dated 15 April 2017. You have stated that the IPO no. 38F 97274 has expired and requires to be renewed and the original is attached. Our response to both the points is as below
(i) The said IPO was issued on 30 Nov 2016 and carries a validity period of 24 months, so it is not known what prompted you to return the application. The validity period is printed on the back side of IPO.
(ii) No original IPO has been found attached with your letter, indicating that same has been retained by you.
Please note that the RTI application under consideration was filed only because of incomplete answer in previous RTI application and now again the same has been returned for no valid reasons giving a hint that you are trying to hide the information for reasons best known to you.
Please further note clearly that any response from your side must contain the full contact details of appellate authority including telephone & e mail address.
