In the report generated by system for tracking the delivery status of a speed post, the address and name of sender or recipient is missing. It only provides the transit & movement history of envelope. Earlier, I had filed a grievance in this regard and the name got started printed. However, now again this has stopped. Even if you keep a record of this report for future reference, it is non-useable because it does not convey who is the recipient and receiver. This report without name & address is incomplete and cannot be used as a proof of delivery in court of law as well. You are requested to add name & address also in the report.
