unauthorised commercial activities in DDA janta and other sector in Dwarka sub-city.

Dear Solanki ji,

It is a matter of surprise that there are so many unauthorised commercial activities are going on the residential areas where these are not allowed. On ;the other hand there are so many commercial complex are lying vacant becuase residential flat like our janta flat is cheaper than the commercial outlet. In a way you are putting DDA in great loss. There are huge revenue loss due to negligence of your DDA staff those don't take any legal action against the unauthorised commercial activities in DDA specially Janta flats, pkt=b. sec-16b. dwarka. Sometime your staff play a childish game, they send complaints to enforemnent department of DDA, they come to pocket and take some photograph of the commercial activities. That day, they close the door and after this there are some settlement and shops open again.

I can say categorically, it is your misgoverance that this kind of drama is going on.

Who will pay the revenue loss due this unauthorised commercial activities?

I pray to you, wheather you legalise all the commercial activities or you remove all at once in order to save revenue of the government. Other wise DDA staff has to pay the revenue loss.  We will take this matter to court  very soon,.

Agreed with Ramesh Ji.

Same condition is in all DDA colonies, whether it is Janta, LIG, MIG colony. These colonies are now has become absulutly more commercial than a residential colony. This is not just illegal but there is threat to your security also.

Hope concern authorities will wake up and will take apprropriate action.
