The daily orders and cause lists are uplaoded on website for public reference by consumer courts. However, extra ordinary delay is noted in this uploading having no prima-facie justification. The system needs to gear up to ensure that daily orders are uploaded within 3-4 working days. When orders are signed same day why it cannot be uploaded on website instantly?

The cause list is just uploaded on the same day or previous evening. The cause list must also be uploaded at least 2 days in advance. This is needed for people to plan themselves for the day. Sometimes, case is postponed due to sudden court holiday or judge on leave or heavy load, the sequence in cause list is also important for consumer to plan the day properly.

The parties to the case must get this information well in advance, just prior evening is late.

At present, there is no rule or office order prescribing any time limits for such uploading, so many a times extra ordinary delay ranging several weeks is noted before daily orders are uploaded.

It is requested that an office order fixing the timelines may please be issued.
