We have mailed the titled complaint on 22 Jan 2017. Earlier also we have sent such confirmations but nothing happened. I hope some action would be taken.

The documentary proof in terms of photograph is already attached with the complaint. In should be sufficient for you to initiate action. In case you think this is not sufficient please let us know, we shall send you enough photos.

We have also sent another complaint on 5th Feb 2017 on similar issues.

In the interest of work it would be worthwhile for you to visit Dwarka on a Sunday so that we can show you sites suffering with mindless work of DDA officers.

If action is not initiated it will  be a free licence to those who are involved in this.Its not that it is a new phenomenon but happening for years.Since citizen are coming out with all kind of proof and knocking doors of watch dog of Govt agencies its high time that they should come and deliver.

I am given to understand those involved in these are to be RETIRED in 2017

So the VIGILANCE Department is CLOSING all complaints without even INSPECTION or Checking the Evidence.

After all every one knows.. How CORRUPT is DDA. Govt of India even declared in their website DDA as Corrupt.

After all these Vigilance department were there before also and will remain. Its only an EYE wash.

Yes lot of Hualla Gulla on GOOD GOVERNANCE and Against Corruption by Central Govt.

But in terms of LOKPAL ZERO action even they have EXEMPTED these Govt staff from Annual Asset submission as per Lokapal Act.

Their own MuD and DDA is most notorious corrupt right under their favourite Minister Mr. Naidu.

At several places all sorts of encroachment like pucca, semi pucca, sign boards, hawkers etc. is happening. See photographs builder has grabbed full footpath in sec 12 - how this can happen without paying bribe to DDA staff? 

See another photo, tiling work is complete in sec 12 but obstructive from footpath not removed - confirming that DDA staff does nothing except collecting bribe. 

WHAT more glaring examples you need to proceed?

How could Vigilance team act as the CE and SE are about to RETIRE. If Vigilance CASE is open then its consequences.

So Rightly Honourable JUDGE Mr. JAFRI may REJECT these are Corruption and DECLARE it as HIGH Standard work.

 It proves BEYOND any IOTA of Doubt the BOOTY is SHARED from Top to Bottom, without which these kind of shoddy work never take place.
