Delhi, 12.9.2014. After my complaint to the Chief Justice, Punjab & Haryana High Court, President, National Forum and others against the long dates which were being given by Consumer Forum, Gurgaon, I am now getting dates in quick succession. After the complaint, the date which was fixed for December, 2014 was preponed to 14th August. After 14th, the next dates were for 5.9.14, 11.09.14 and now it is for 15th Sept. 14. On 11th i.e. yesterday, arguments in parts have taken place and will resume on 15th (Monday). On this date, when I submitted a copy of an email about payment of interest to me from the Company, Company's advocate, Mr. Manu Jain reacted sharply saying that this mail may be a forged one and he will get it verified from the Company. I informed the President that if it proved to be a forged one, I am even ready to go to Jail. Now, the arguments will resume on Monday.
When I am right, there is no question of accepting less interest than due, even ready to forgo the part payment of interest.

The case I filed against Mahindra has been admitted and notices issued to parties. Next hearing is on 5th December i.e. after 3 months. I felt really sad about it. I expected Consumer Court to be more quick. Will take your guidance if dates are further stretched.

Arguments in my case in Consumer Forum are over today. The decision will be announced on 22.9.2014. Let us see who wins and who loses.
The email which was alleged may have been fabricated was produced by the Vatika advocate, Mr. Manu Jain himself in the Court. About me, advocate said said, इस किस्म के लोग अपने को फ्री लॅन्स जर्नलिस्ट कहते हैं टेरर फेलातें हैं। फेस बुक पर हमें बदनाम करते हैं। हम इनके खिलाफ डेफमेशन केस फाइल करने जा रहें है। इस पर फोरम के माननीय अध्यक्ष ने कहा की इस बात का फोरम से कोई कंसर्न नहीं है।
