One more day... (I am kinda sad :( no really.)

Saturday is going to be a long day, but SO FUN! Don't forget to bring
your deodorant and your manners. We promise to have a great time!
Please bring certain items for the cast party when you come at 1pm
SHARP! If you are bringing shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour
cream, or guacamole - please bring it in a cooler. We do need extra
coolers for the drinks. THANKS in advance!

I made a slide show for the cast party. If you would like a copy it
will be available tomorrow for $2 to cover costs. THANKS!

Saturday - 1pm SHARP call time for EVERYONE! SHOW IS AT 2PM!!!

4:30 - 5:30 pm cast party and dinner in the cafetria

5:30 - 6pm program in the auditorium

6pm SHARP call time! LAST SHOW STARTS AT 7pm

After the show...

Strike Set/ Clean up Saturday night

Bring all personal items and bags to lobby right after the show. We
will be cleaning and locking up from the back rooms and working out
way forward to the lobby. Please leave quickly after you have helped
clean the high school. THANKS!

ASSIGNMENTS:

- Kids, with parents - Auditorium/ house then leave

- youth ages 12 - 18 - Dance room (sweep, take out trash, take
down all signs and posters from our play)

- leads - Dressing rooms/ make up rooms

- Orchestra - Pit

- techies and prop people - Set/ Stage

- All other adults - Back halls and bathrooms

Again, once you have cleaned up your designated space you can leave.
Please remember to check in and out. We need to keep track of
everyone and all the kids, especially people coming and going from the
dance room to the cafetria.

I will miss all of you after this play is over! Have great summer and
BREAK A LEG!
