Well kindof. There's a new plug-in for photoshop that let's you paint in 3D onto your objects.

LIES ITS NOT 3D... I HATE YOU JULIAN!!

hehe. that's cool btw... However I expect that even being able to paint directly onto my objects will still leave me as a horrible texture artists... lol

haha. yeah, i'm always looking for the easy way out, but you do have to learn how to do the stuff, i guess.
