Humanitarian Studies Initiative 2015 Disaster and Humanitarian Response Simulation
Location of the 2015 Simulation: 3565, chemin du Lac-Legault, Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, Québec, J0T 2J0
Timing:
Evening
of 14th May - volunteer briefing (in Montreal)
Friday 15th May 8am - Simulation starts
Sunday 17th May late afternoon - Simulation ends
Volunteers won't be paid, although basic shared accommodation and food will be provided. Travel costs will not be covered (I'm sorry, we run this on a very tight budget), but we will try to match up those with space in vehicles with those who need transportation assistance. Importantly, the Simulation is actually a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to meet with peers from other organisations.

- Who we can contact in an emergency, and how to contact them
- What relevant experience and background you have
- If you have a clear idea of what role you'd like to perform at the Simulation
- If you have any food allergies, or medical conditions we need to be aware of
