AWS Systems Manager Change Manager provides a central location where operators and engineers can request operational changes for their IT infrastructure and configuration. Once created, each change request will use a pre-defined approval workflow based on that change's template. Once approved, the change can be implemented automatically or initiated manually.

Systems Manager advanced instances are priced on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can access Ads Manager by logging into your ads account at ads.x.com, where you'll automatically be brought to the Ads Manager as your home screen. From there, you can customize your view to see relevant campaigns, creatives, and results.
Ad groups: Ad groups are where you choose how you want to spend your money. Here you set goals, bids, targeting and placement for each of your campaigns. One campaign can have many ad groups and an ad group can contain one or more Ads.
There are two options available when you set up campaigns. The default structure provides much of the control of budgets and timing at the ad group level. When using our default settings you must select both a daily budget and flight dates for each ad group. You may input a spend cap at the campaign level to ensure that the campaign as a whole can not spend more than a specified amount.
The Topology manager receives Topology information from the Hint Providers as a bitmask denotingNUMA Nodes available and a preferred allocation indication. The Topology Manager policies performa set of operations on the hints provided and converge on the hint determined by the policy togive the optimal result, if an undesirable hint is stored the preferred field for the hint will beset to false. In the current policies preferred is the narrowest preferred mask.The selected hint is stored as part of the Topology Manager. Depending on the policy configuredthe pod can be accepted or rejected from the node based on the selected hint.The hint is then stored in the Topology Manager for use by the Hint Providers when making theresource allocation decisions.
Within this scope, the Topology Manager performs a number of sequential resource alignments, i.e.,for each container (in a pod) a separate alignment is computed. In other words, there is no notionof grouping the containers to a specific set of NUMA nodes, for this particular scope. In effect,the Topology Manager performs an arbitrary alignment of individual containers to NUMA nodes.
