Plot

Gino is a humble shoe-shiner in Chicago who’s contacted by a Mafia don and presented a big sum of cash to take the rap for any murder committed by one more gangster. Gino agrees, arranging to purchase a fishing boat using the income he will earn following the three-year sentence.

Even though preparing for his court confession, Gino is watched more than by Jerry, a bottom-rung gangster who has just lately gotten into difficulty for failing to stick to orders. Just after a brief and dull remain at a regional hotel, Jerry decides to offer Gino 1 final weekend to recall at Lake Tahoe just before he goes to prison.
