Another great festival...Thanks!

[Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival]

To all of you who came this year, thanks for helping make this year's festival one of our best ever. Musically, we felt it was superb, and we don't mind telling you that it looks like we were successful enough at the gate to ensure that we will indeed be back for our 40th year next Labor Day Weekend! Of course, the most important part of the whole equation is you folks who come out and support us each year - without you, it's not much of a festival, is it? Thanks again!

We have experienced a lot of success AND growing pains over the last few years, and especially the last two years, and this is *good* for us AND for you, our patrons. Many of you have made valuable comments to us not only with regard to what you like about the festival, but also what you found not quite as good. Please be assured that we appreciate all your input, both pro and con. We're aware of a number of areas where we can improve, and are already working on them. We are already working on our 40th anniversary lineup, and hope to have it ready for full announcement by December 1. For those of you who have subscribed to our mailing list, we'll try to give you some early, "inside" information when we can. We have some exciting ideas for our landmark anniversary, but until we're sure they'll pan out, we'll have to keep it all "under our hats". Stay tuned...
