jetson agx orin , with davis346 problem.

hi, im using a jetson agx orin, with ubuntu 20.04.6. 

i have already install the dv-runtime, 

and when i try  sudo systemctl start dv-runtime.service to remote,

i got this error : 

Job for dv-runtime.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

See "systemctl status dv-runtime.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

can someone pls help me what i should try next ? 

or i just use ros to implement davis346 ?

Can you please run the suggested commands "systemctl status dv-runtime.service" and "journalctl -xe" to see why the dv-runtime.service is failing to start?

It looks like the dv-runtime user is unknown.

On Ubuntu we use the Systemd sysusers.d mechanism to add the user.

It sometimes requires a system reboot to create the user, so try that first.

If systemd's user management is changed or disabled, it could also explain this (maybe on some corporate or university laptops with special user management).
