Cannot connect DAVIS346 on Windows10

Hello, I am dealing with DAVIS346 for the first time in a Windows environment, and I have a question because it does not work in DV Software.

When I connect DAVIS346 and run DV Software, the input selection displays DAVIS #SerialNo., but the accelerator and capture cannot escape the "blocked" status.

To get out of this situation, I tried to solve it by reinstalling the driver as shown in the link below, but it did not work.

How can I solve this issue?

Hello.
Are you using the latest DV 1.4.6 on Windows?
You could also try the latest bleeding edge release at:
https://release.inivation.com/gui/latest-win-master
It's the same as 1.4.6 but with up-to-date 3rd party libraries for USB
support, so might behave better on Windows.
Also please note that we only support Windows with English language and
a username made out of ASCII/English characters only currently.
