Unable to connect to dvxplorer-lite

Hi, I am using DV GUI 1.6.2 on win11, and at first I can get images normally. However, when I connect the device again and open DV GUI today, I can't find the camera, all four indicators on the back of the camera are red and flashing. So does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you very much.

Hello, that usually indicates failure of the flash memory on the camera.
Did you by any chance try to update the firmware or something similar?

No, sadly there's no way to reflash for the customer.
After updating the firmware, did you replug the camera and it still worked? Or is this the first time you replug it now after several weeks?

Yes, I used DV GUI to update the firmware of the event camera to the latest version. After updating, I used DV GUI and everything worked fine. But after a few weeks, when I opened DV GUI again, I could not connect the camera. Is there any way to reset the camera? Looking forward to your reply

Yes, after the firmware update is complete, I replug the camera and it works fine

OK, looks like the firmware update was not the issue then. Some other failure must have corrupted the flash memory.
