Hi Guys,

I tried to use the DVXplorer and DVXplorer Lite for the first time, but having the same issue with the DV software. Running V.1.6.2 (stable) in Windows 11.

Please see the attached screenshots.

Getting the following Critical Error in the Runtime log:
DAVIS ID-0 Failed to open device, no matching device could be found or opened.
capture moduleInit(): 'std::runtime_error :: Failed to open USB device, id=0, type=4, busNumber=0, devAddress=0, serialNumber=.', disabling module.

The error in the UI log states:
com.inivation.dv.gui.MainApp Node '/mainloop/_visualizer_accumulator___frames_0/' doesn't exist.

On the back of the camera, MASTER is red and USB is flashing green. DATA also appears to be red, but very dim, and I'm pretty sure that CONFIG is off.

I tried to check for updates, but the Dynamic Vision Viewer says "Could not check for updates." I downloaded the latest version from the web, so it should be the latest (1.6.2 stable). Tried to check for firmware updates, doesn't seem to be any.

Thanks!

Kan

Hello, the error message is correct the first time, since the 'default' device is a DAVIS.
You have to select the device from the drop-down menu on the right side, as described here:
Hope this helps, have a nice day!
