DV failed to open DVXplorer

Hi guys,

Recently, I received the DVXplorer and the DAVIS346 sensor.

When I tried to connect the devices to DV viewer, the DAVIS sensor works perfectly fine but there is a large chance the DVXplorer failed to connect the software. 

Even when the DVXplorer is connected to the DV Viewer, only the imu would produce output.

The version of DV is 1.4.2 and the USB driver and fireware are also up to date. 

There are two errors are reported in the log: 

CRITICAL: DVXplorer 0 Failed to open device, no matching device could be found or opened. 

ERROR: capture moduleInit(): 'std::runtime_error :: Failed to open USB device, id=0, type=8, busNumber=0, devAddress=0, serialNumber=TMP00010.', disabling module.

Kindly let me know if you have any idea how to solve this problem.

Hello. DV 1.4.3 was just released which should fix this issue on
Windows. The serial number of a device was incorrectly determined if it
was already open (see the TMPxxxxx fake serial numbers in the log
messages). Now you'll either get a stable serial number, or
#INVALIDSERIAL if the device is already open in another program (like
if you open DV twice).
