ICT Board Pashas and Safaricom Centers Embu and Meru

Dear colleagues

As I have mentioned, the information on digital villages is not very
detailed. The best information is from the ICT Board. Interestingly,
the information from Safaricom is less detailed.

I have divided Safaricom Centers into Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 have
better information. In addition, Safaricom says they are in better
shape. Tier 2 have very little information, and Safaricom says they
are not as well organized.

Here with, find information on digital villages in embu and meru. I
have ccd my colleague humphry ringera from IDS who is from those
sides. I hope to convince him to assist us in this research.
