VB.Net (Visual Basic) Developer

 

Location: Umhlanga

Minimum Requirements:

•         Must have a 3 year IT or equivalent tertiary qualification.

•         Call Centre industry experience advantageous

•         VB.net

•         MS SQL

•         1 year experience as a developer essential

Dialler Support Analyst (Call Centre International)

 

Location: Umhlanga

 

Benefits: Medical Aid, Night Shift Allowance

 

Duties:

-Responsible for ensuring dialler optimisation whilst adhering to UK & AUS Compliance regulations

-Managing the day-to-day dialler functions – including importing/exporting data loads

-Maintaining Dialler efficiency and data list optimisation in close contact with the IT /Operations/Vendors on dialler & telephony infrastructure

-Producing Adhoc reporting requirements

-Ensure there is a focus to reach campaign/company targets 
-Assist with Dialler Agent support      

-Ensure all dialler and call centre campaigns are within the regulatory and compliance requirements

 

Candidate Skills & Attributes 

-Experience working in an International Outbound Call Centre (advantageous)

-SQL experience (Required)

-Able to manage dialler technology

-Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

-Able to work well in a team and independently

- Willing to work shifts
