    What we look for in a Customer Service Representative?

    • You always provide exceptional customer service and are 100% comfortable using technology as the key tool to help resolve your customers’ issues. Navigating multiple platforms, apps and systems simultaneously
    • Ideally, you’ll have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment where no 2 days are the same!
    • You will be quick thinking and work well under pressure, using your initiative to help your customer.
    • You are helpful by nature and pride yourself on your ability to form strong relationships with your customers and suppliers.
    • You are self-aware and can recognise customers potential distress, dealing with the issue calmly and showing the right level of empathy to help resolve the issue.

    About your role as a Customer Service Representative

    • Fantastic working hours and flexible remote working.
    • First Point of Contact to support customers - taking an empathetic approach by listening to understand the issue, aiming to resolve this.
    • You’ll effectively and efficiently handle inbound enquiries via phone, chat or email from customers. Ranging from amendments to booking to cancellations.
    • You’ll build relationships with loveholidays suppliers and proactively identify issues that may impact customers.
    • It’s a real team effort, so you’ll naturally contribute by working together to accomplish results and meeting team targets.
    • You’ll represent the loveholidays and Concentrix brands, upholding the positive company reputation
