Then when the new update comes out they miraculously have a new version of the software which you have to purchase to get the new RAW update. I own acdsee studio "Pro" 2018 and it will not read raw files for the Sony a7III. The a7iii came out in April of 2018. No RAW updates FOR THE a7III from acdsee until version 2019 came out. So unless I upgrade to version 2019 8 months after the camera came out I can't even view the raw files. Rubbish!
