Ontario Disability Support Program and the CIBC BANK

My sincere apologies for the delay of replying to this e-mail, at the
end of each month it is very hectic as my wife and I go and do the
banking at the CIBC Bank at the corner of Kingston Road and Glenanna
Road, in Pickering there was no signs of any complications and/or
problems until we got back to our apartment and dropped off a few
items in the apartment and then we decided to go upstairs to the
apartment office to pay our rent for the month of September 2007 but
after we got up stairs to the offices like many times before I used my
debit card because knowing I had put the money into the account and
after swiping the debit card I received a message saying that my
transaction was denied because my Ontario disability support program
O.D.S.P. government check was not a government check and when
contacting a representative by telephone at the branch I was told
because the disability check was not a federal check and it was a
provincial it will be held for seven business days, but it even gets
worse I was informed by the new property manager that I will be
charged for late payment of my rent.
Now up to this point and time I have been receiving this Ontario
disability check each and every month and my rent has always been paid
on time and now all of a sudden I am being told that the bank can hold
my disability check for seven business days and I am told by my
apartment manager because of my rent being late I will be receiving a
late charge excuse my language but that is pure Bull shit and I wish
to have some assistance to rectify this political bureaucracy crap
fixed as soon as possible it is bad enough to live on a low income but
to be denied my money that is going beyond the line and pure simple
Bull Shit!!
I am very anxious to hear your reply to this, if I have not worded it

You had mentioned that you wanted me to have a few volunteers to come
to the office and to do some inserts at this particular time there is
my wife, another volunteer the possibility of another volunteer as
well as myself who is willing to participate in whenever it is
necessary to be done I need assistance of getting as much exposure
from the media as possible to help spread the word of the real purpose
of the Organization of ACORN whether it may be the local newspaper, or
any other newspaper that will give a boost and whether it might be a
local radio station where I can get a plug-in as there are many people
who listen to local radio stations or to try and get some media
attention from any major TV station in the area to try to reach as
many viewers especially than low income families, the middle class
income families, senior citizens physical challenge new immigrants and
or anyone who is unjustly being paid by any scrupulous employers
throughout Durham region area.
