New Let's Connect Group starting in Chapel Hill on the first Monday of the month. Group will focus on helping parents find resources and navigate the system when looking for things like housing, employment, post-secondary education, recreation and more for their teens and young adults.

While every transition to adulthood is a unique and personal experience, certain key issues affect every youth and young adult. Learn about five key issues and review a transition inventory. Explore how to address these areas for a successful and low-stress transition.
