DWC Members,

This weekend there is a lot going on in Durango. Earth Day festivities, Durango Bluegrass Meltdown and FLC Squawker Classic to name three biggies. The DWC group rides will be informal show-up and group-up rides both for Saturday and Sunday. Next weekend 4/28 & 4/29 we will resume our usual A/B/C rides along with a pace-line clinic on Saturday morning and a Crit on Sunday.

Here is the rundown of what's happening:

FLC Cycling Squawker Classic

FLC Cycling is hosting the annual Squawker Classic Omnium on 4/21 & 4/22. The Squawker is both a collegiate race and a USAC race for all categories. As of today, Dave Hagen is still looking for several volunteers for both Saturday and Sunday afternoon to be course marshals. FLC Cycling puts on this event with USAC categories to benefit the cycling community and they need our help to make the event a success!

Please contact Dave Hagen today if you can help out this weekend. Dave's email: HAG...@fortlewis.edu
