more from the garden lot owner. this is *exactly* the sort of thing i was
talking about. we *need* to communicate and coordinate about this sort of
thing.

i remember a short discussion on a possibility of planting trees but we
certainly don't want chinese elms on the property. please remove this
tree as soon as possible. we don't want those seeds to drop. it is a
highly invasive plant. the city does not allow them on parking strips.
they are not indigenous or a wild species. please don't leave the tree on
the property. if trees are planted the type & location need to be
coordinated. the city wants the sidewalk right by the curb on this lot
due to an existing sewer line location. all misplaced trees will need be
removed & so eventually more work for us. you would really need to water
any transplanted trees significantly. your efforts would be more
appreciated to simply water the trees that exist as we have requested.
please be a little more specific about coordinating in the future. i did
not realize these were going in without further coordination as we
discussed. when do u plan on being at the lot next? i would prefer FNBs
activity stick to simply gardening the existing patches at this point.
please be carful not to plant invasive plants since these can be a problem
if the area ends up being left unattended as it was last year.
i see the mulch was used by FNBs as well so please only use your own
materials in the future & respect that we need to store our materials on
our property without worry.
thank you.
