Duplicate Contact Manager Version 0.7 compatible with Thunderbird 3

Dear Thunderbird users,

a new release of the Duplicate Contact Manager for Thunderbird add-on
is available.

The new version 0.7 adds compatibility with Thunderbird version 3.

Other than that, there are no additional changes.
