Heart connections update

Dear friends,

It seems a long time since we last met. The saying, “absence makes the
heart grow fonder” comes to mind.

Have you missed Vajra’s spiritual exercises and meditations, and
KJPhoenix’s Dances of Universal Peace to connect us with our hearts
and then connect our hearts together? I feel it is important to do
this considering how the world is. Together we make a difference.

We will be continuing to support each other as we see appropriate,
sharing as necessary with breathing practices, dances, meditations,
reflection and whatever resonates with us.

So good news! We are continuing our gatherings, at a NEW venue. The
next one is on Saturday 12 February at St Francis Church Hall, 45
Beach Rd, Haumoana. There is plenty of parking.

Please meet there at 5.15 for a 5.30 start. Although there are chairs,
bring a cushion or similar if you like. If you wish to stay after
about 6.30, a plate to share would go down well.

As we are in the red zone of the ‘traffic light system’, up to 25
people can meet with or without vaccine passes with social (unsocial?)
distancing. You may wear a face covering if you wish.

We suggest a $5 koha or gold coin to offset costs.

If you are thinking of coming, would you let me know (no need to
include the whole group) to gauge numbers.

If all goes well, we plan to continue at this venue every 2nd Saturday
in the month.
