I would love it, if you feel the call, to join this Sacred Circle.
* Singing Mantras inspired by many Spiritual Paths.
* Holding hands in a circle, with simple dance movements.
* Planetary Chimes sound bath. Time for a relax, sit or lie down!
Nourishing our deep connection with Source, inviting heart connection & being in community.
* Please bring: a drink bottle, a cushion for sitting / mat to lie on, shawl to stay cosy.
Wear soft shoes, slippers or bare feet, in the dance space.
