Hi, and welcome to the Duo Status Widget beta.

Thanks for joining. You're helping get Duo Status Widget ready for its public launch on Google Play. Setup takes about 2 minutes.

----------------------------------------

STEP 1: CONFIRM YOU'RE IN THE GROUP

----------------------------------------

If you're reading this, you're in. Just make sure you joined with the same Google account your phone's Play Store uses. If you use more than one account, this is the most common reason the app won't show up.

----------------------------------------

STEP 2: BECOME A TESTER

----------------------------------------

Open this link while signed in to that same account, then tap

"BECOME A TESTER":

----------------------------------------

STEP 3: INSTALL THE APP

----------------------------------------

Open the Play Store listing on your phone and tap Install:

It can take 15–30 minutes after opting in for the app to become available. If it says "not available" or "item not found," wait a bit and try again.

----------------------------------------

ABOUT THE $9.99 PRICE

----------------------------------------

Duo Status Widget will cost $9.99 at launch, but it's free for testers.

When you tap the purchase button, your payment method should show as "Test card, always approves" with no real charge. If you see your real card or a real charge instead, STOP and don't complete the purchase. Reply to this thread or message me on Discord and I'll fix your access.

----------------------------------------

STEP 4: OPEN THE APP AND STAY IN

----------------------------------------

- Open the app at least once and allow the "Display over other apps" permission so the overlay works.

- Keep the app installed for the full 14-day test. Google needs active testers for the entire period before the app can go public. Uninstalling or leaving early can reset that progress.
