Rogaine #3 - West Dunedin Metrogaine

Kia ora koutou,

Our next event is Rogaine #3:

West Dunedin Metrogaine on Sunday 10th August.

This is a 3 hour street rogaine around Dunedin’s Western suburbs.

Details:

Event Centre: Bishopscourt Carpark, Wales Street

Registration opens at 10am

Briefing (compulsory): 10.55am

Start: 11.00am

Finish: 2.00pm

Solo's and teams welcome.

Standard procedure - every team/solo to carry a (charged and working) mobile phone, and solos to carry a whistle as well.

Teams must stick together for the entire event duration. 

Bring a pencil to write down the answers. 

Bring everything else you need to stay warm and nourished for the whole duration.

This event will use an 'answer sheet' requiring you to write down an answer to a question at the control location.

Controls have scores according to their first digit, e.g.  control 12 = 10pts, control 83 = 80 points, etc.

Don't be late back as -30 pts per minute (or part thereof) late!

This is a 3 hour rogaine but feel free to do less if you like.

Sturdy footwear and a compass will be handy. Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day.

If the weather is so bad that we need to postpone the event, the website and facebook page will be updated by 8am on the day.
