Tēnā koutou

Well done, all the intrepid and good humoured people who turned up last night,  spending an hour in the cold and dark trying to thwart the efforts of 5 vampires.  The (possibly mostly correct) results are attached, and are here on our website. No correspondence regarding accuracy of results will be entered into, as it was all very chaotic at the finish with lurking vampires frightening people trying to finish, and it was a fun event, anyway.

Particular thanks again, to Henry Hodgson, first time school student course planner, for his efforts, and for those who helped significantly on the day, before or after; Genevieve (the Wolf), Charlotte, Jen & the Hodgson whānau, and Craig P.

Thanks to at least Tim H, who carried the cross the whole way around, and whomever else carried the (still full) vessel of Holy Water and the Vampire Stake back, so we didn't have to collect them from the far reaches of the course.

FUTURE EVENTS
After the Journeys Fundraiser rogaine in Alexandra tomorrow, there is a bit of a break from events for a bit, hopefully to allow the weather to settle out of spring squalls.  An indoor international O experiences talk is coming up on Tuesday night, then a fundraiser rogaine for Waikouaiti School on 19th October.
Worth thinking about is the Canterbury Championship weekend, 14-16 November, held on their show weekend, so Cantabrians have the Friday off.  This year their Saturday Long Distance is on a map near Herbert, and the Sunday Middle Distance near Duntroon.  Keep an eye on their website to see how you pre-enter, closer to the time.

Ngā mihi
