| Brewster McCloud, 1970, directed by Robert Altman, stars Bud Cort, Sally Kellerman, Michael Murphy, Shelley Duvall, William Windom, and René Auberjonois. The film follows a young recluse named Brewster McCloud (Cort) who lives in a fallout shelter under the Houston Astrodome, where he is building a pair of wings in order to fly. He soon becomes a chief suspect in a series of bird-related murders. |

| William Oldroyd's 2023 Eileen is a psychological thriller, based on the 2015 novel by Ottessa Moshfegh. A co-production between the United States and the United Kingdom, the film features rising New Zealand actress Thomasin McKenzie and Anne Hathaway. Set in 1960s Massachusetts, the story trails the relationship between two women working at a juvenile detention facility. |
