Kia ora,

Do The Right Thing on Wednesday was our last screening in the Red Lecture Theatre for a while... The building will undergo earthquake strengthening, so from next week we need to relocate to the Colquhoun lecture theatre just across the street.

(Some of us might remember that the Colquhoun theatre was where the Dunedin Film Society was screening its films from the late 1970s until the late 1990s!)

To get to Colquhoun, enter the Dunedin Hospital through the main entrance on Great King Street, move through the hospital’s foyer ...

… to the main lifts, take the lift to the first floor, then follow the signs to Colquhoun, through the double doors.

We will see you there next Wednesday, 4 August, for Merata

Kind regards

The Dunedin Film Society Management Committee

PS: we will be screening in the Gowland lecture theatre on three nights (18 August, 8 September, and our closing night 3 November). Gowland is located on the second floor of the Lindo Ferguson Building, at 270 Great King Street, just opposite the main entrance to the Dunedin Hospital.
