We will need two textures for the sandworm. One for the head and one for the segments.

Is the sandworm going to be like a huge flexible oblong or will it be more cylinder like, also, how it's the mouth going to look.

The sandworm will, when completed, be made out of many rectangular segments (due to minecraft limitations). This will allow for simulated flexibility.
