dumptb: command not found

Hi 

I'm trying to replicate the following paper  http://web.stanford.edu/~jiyan/quantreg_wp/quantreg.html.

But when I'm running the files I get  dumptb: command not found.

Should I be concenrned about that did that command get deprecated.
Any help would be much appreciated.
